How To Make Homemade Brownies


1/2 cup unbleached flour
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla

  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Once mix is evenly blended add mix to a lightly greased square baking pan spreading evenly.
  4. Cook for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow brownies to cool prior to cutting and eating.

1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup of melted butter
1/2 cup softened peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla

1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Mix all ingredients together until full blended
3. Generously spray muffin tin and fill cups half way with batter.
4. Spray the bottom side of a second muffin tin and press into the first tin, firmly and evenly
5. Cook for 30 minutes
6. Remove top tin and pop bowls out and allow to cool
7. Make your Sundae and enjoy!

8-10 Vanilla Wafers
2 Cups Crushed Graham Crackers
2 Cups Of Butter
1 Can Pumpkin
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsps. Vanilla
2 Beaten Eggs

  1. Line cupcake tray with liners
  2. Crush vanilla wafers and graham crackers if needed
  3. Pour butter over it and mix well
  4. Scoop one spoonful of mix into each liner and press mixture down firmly
  5. Mix together all other ingredients and beat together until blended well
  6. Pour mixture up to the tip of each cup
  7. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes
  8. Allow Pies to cool and top with whipped cream
  9. Serve and enjoy!
