Homemade Hot Pockets -Pepperoni and Turkey Bacon Cheddar

Who doesn't love a good hot pocket?! Pepperoni Pizza and Turkey Bacon Cheddar were always my personal favorite and since I'm no longer a college student, I make my own at home! Both of these recipes are super easy and deliver an amazing homemade hot pocket. There are few steps or ingredients which make them easy to make at home or for kids. If you love hot pockets, then give this recipe a try.

Ingredients for Pepperoni Hot Pocket

1 – Pillsbury pizza dough

Italian spice blend of garlic, oregano, onion powder, pepper and parsley

Tomato or pizza sauce

pepperoni

Mozzarella and parmesan cheese blend

Ingredients for Turkey Bacon Cheddar Hot Pocket

1 – Pillsbury pizza dough

Spice blend of garlic, onion powder and parsley.

Thick sliced turkey

Uncured bacon bits

Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Spread dough onto cutting board. Cut into 6 even sized rectangles.

Season dough with spice blend.

For pepperoni pockets spread approx. 2 tbsp of sauce on one side of pizza dough square.

Layer pepperoni over the sauce.

Sprinkle cheese over pepperoni.

For turkey bacon cheddar pockets begin with a layer of thickly sliced turkey.

Sprinkle with bacon bits.  Add cheddar cheese.

After adding all ingredients roll dough folding in the side as you go.  Press down to seal edges.

Brush lightly with butter.

Bake for approximately 8 minutes until golden brown.
