Ingredients:
1 package Ramen noodles (cooked as directed on package)
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
Ginger
Sriracha to taste
¼ cup minced garlic
Green onion (scallions)
Directions:
In a large bowl combine, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar and ginger and stir to mix ingredients.
Add sriracha to taste and mix well and put aside.
Add sesame oil to large skillet and heat.
Add garlic and brown.
Add ramen noodles to pan.
Cover with sauce, blend, and cook over medium heat for 3 – 5 minutes.
