- Olive oil
- 1 package of zoodles
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 8 whole garlic cloves (peeled)
- Chopped chili flakes
- 1 tbsp. of tomato paste
- 12 large shrimp
Using two large sheets of tin foil, create a criss-cross pattern.
Sprinkle tin foil with a generous amount of olive oil.
Add zoodles and sprinkle with olive oil.
Add garlic cloves.
Add chili flakes.
Add tomato paste.
Add shrimp and sprinkle again with olive oil.
Fold foil in making sure to completely enclose all ingredients.
Drop pouch directly on grill and cook approximately 10-15 until shrimp is cooked.
