- Jar Artichoke hearts
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Juice from 1 lemon (can substitute lemon juice)
Add artichoke hearts to a small bowl.
Sprinkle with olive oil.
Add garlic powder and lemon juice.
For grilling either use a grill pan or wrap artichokes in tin foil.
Cook until artichokes are browned on all sides.
