- 2 large flour tortillas
- Cream cheese
- Thinly sliced beef
- Caramelized (fried) white onion
- Provolone cheese (sliced)
Using kitchen shears, cut the tortilla to about the halfway point.
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on 1 section of the tortilla. Sprinkle with your choice of seasoning (garlic, paprika, mesquite).
Add sliced beef to a second section of the tortilla.
Add onion to a third section of the tortilla.
Add sliced cheese to the final section of the tortilla.
Beginning with the cream cheese section fold tortilla so that you end with the provolone section on top.
Cook on panini press until golden brown and cheese is melted.
