- Olive oil
- 2 containers of cherry or grape tomatoes
- 8 – 10 cloves of garlic (peeled)
- 1½ cup pancetta (diced)
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- Cooked pasta
- Salt & pepper to taste
Drizzle olive oil over 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
Add tomatoes to pan.
Add garlic cloves.
Add parmesan cheese and salt and pepper.
Drizzle over top with olive oil.
Add burrata directly to the center of the pan.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Cook at 400 degrees for 30 – 40 minutes.
Add cooked pasta and mix well.
