One-Pot Shrimp Scampi Dip Recipe

A one-pot Shrimp Scampi Dip that goes perfectly with a nice baguette! This simple, Shrimp Scampi Dip is perfect when hosting a small get-together, happy hour, or party. You can make the entire recipe in just one pan, add your shrimp, garlic, wine, cheese and other ingredients and then plop it right down on the table and dig in. This Shrimp Scampi Dip is absolutely delicious, feels fancy and couldn't be an easier recipe to make.


2 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. garlic paste (can be substituted with minced garlic)

One lemon juiced

2 cups frozen salad shrimp (small shrimp) defrosted

½ cup dry white wine

8 oz. cream cheese

Shredded mozzarella


Black pepper



  1. Add butter to cast iron pan.  Melt.
  2. Add garlic paste.
  3. Squeeze in the juice from 1 lemon.
  4. Stir ingredients until well blended.
  5. Add fully defrosted shrimp to pan.
  6. Add wine and cook for approximately 3 minutes until shrimp is hot.
  7. Add cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, parmesan, black pepper and chives.
  8. Cook until cheese is melted.
  9. Serve with sliced baguettes.
