Ingredients:
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 lb. chopped/minced bacon
1 red onion diced
1 bell pepper diced
3 cloves garlic minced
1 cup frozen peas
½ cup soy sauce
2 cups pineapple chunks
1 bag 90 second steamable rice
Chopped green onions
Directions:
- Add sesame oil to pan.
- Add bacon and cook for a few minutes until bacon begins to crisp.
- Add onion and sauté.
- Add bell pepper.
- Add garlic and frozen peas and stir.
- Allow to cook for a few minutes until peppers begin to soften.
- Add soy sauce and mix well.
- Add pineapple chunks.
- Cook for 3 to 4 minutes and then add rice and stir.
- Garnish with chopped green onions (scallions).
