15 Minute Honey Garlic Shrimp

A simple and delicious honey garlic shrimp recipe that takes just 15 minutes! This honey garlic shrimp is a perfect weeknight dinner, especially if you're craving Chinese food but avoiding takeout. You can make this easy shrimp recipe with fresh or frozen shrimp which makes it the perfect dinner to whip up in a flash. Trust me, this honey garlic shrimp will soon become a family favorite. I chose to make my shrimp with a bag of frozen shrimp from Wholey Seafood I had in my freezer. Their seafood is frozen without an added water or chemicals so you could feel good about eating it! Ingredients:

1 lb. precooked shrimp

½ cup organic honey

¼ cup soy sauce

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 lemon juiced

2 tbs. butter

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine honey, soy sauce, garlic and lemon juice.
  2. Wisk until soy sauce and honey are blended well.
  3. Add butter to hot fry pan.
  4. Add shrimp to pan and mix with butter.
  5. Cook until shrimp is heated through.
  6. Add sauce, stir, and cook an additional few minutes.
