1 lb. precooked shrimp
½ cup organic honey
¼ cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 lemon juiced
2 tbs. butter
In a large mixing bowl combine honey, soy sauce, garlic and lemon juice.
Wisk until soy sauce and honey are blended well.
Add butter to hot fry pan.
Add shrimp to pan and mix with butter.
Cook until shrimp is heated through.
Add sauce, stir, and cook an additional few minutes.
