Baked Pulled Pork Spring Roll Recipe

Simple and delicious Baked Pulled Pork Spring Rolls that are a perfect snack for game day or any other party. Pulled pork is one of those meals that you tend to have leftovers from and I'm always looking for fun and unique ways to use the leftovers (one of my favs, is pulled pork nachos!) which is how I came up with these pulled pork spring rolls. Spring roll wrappers are easy to work with and they bake well so no need for frying. If you are looking for a quick and easy way to use pulled pork or want to create a super yummy snack for game day, give these pulled pork spring rolls a try!
