6 eggs (beaten)
¾ cup almond milk (heavy cream or regular milk can be substituted)
1 small red onion chopped
1 package shredded gruyere cheese
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Lightly grease pie plate.
- In a large bowl combine eggs and almond milk. Wisk well.
- Add layer of mushrooms to pie plate.
- Add onions.
- Add gruyere cheese.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour egg mixture over mushrooms.
- Cook for approximately 45 minutes until the eggs are firm.
