A delicious Mushroom and Gruyere Cheese Quiche that is simple to make and super yummy! I love quiche, it's fun for breakfast, lunch or dinner and I love experimenting with different ingredients. This quiche is one of my favorites, I happen to love mushrooms and gruyere, and I'm excited to share it with you! You can make this Mushroom Quiche with or without a crust, depending on how healthy you're trying to be. I also add in red onions, but feel free to experiment with other ingredients!
6 eggs (beaten)
¾ cup almond milk (heavy cream or regular milk can be substituted)
1 small red onion chopped
1 package shredded gruyere cheese
Preheat oven to 375.
Lightly grease pie plate.
In a large bowl combine eggs and almond milk. Wisk well.
Add layer of mushrooms to pie plate.
Add gruyere cheese.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Pour egg mixture over mushrooms.
Cook for approximately 45 minutes until the eggs are firm.
