Ingredients:
4 lb. whole chicken
Olive Oil
¾ can beer (light or lager)
Dry Rub:
garlic powder
smoked paprika
chipotle powder
salt
pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Directions:
- Grill should be on medium heat.
- Drizzle olive oil over whole chicken.
- Cover chicken with dry rub.
- Place beer can on grill and position chicken standing up directly on the beer can
- Cook for approximately 1½ hours or to a temperature of 165 degrees.
