1 onion chopped
2 tbsp spoons minced garlic (approximately)
1 small bag spinach
2 qts. Tomato soup
½ bag fully cooked mini meatballs
Parmesan cheese to taste
- Add olive oil to large pan.
- Add chopped onion and cook until onion is translucent.
- Add minced garlic.
- Add spinach to pan.
- Pour in tomato soup.
- Add fully cooked meatballs.
- Cover and cook on high until beginning to boil.
- Lower and simmer for at least 30 to 40 minutes.
