Ingredients
Olive Oil
1 can – pinto beans (strained)
1 red onion diced
2 tbsp minced garlic
¼ cup red wine vinegar
Chili powder to taste
Cumin to taste
Smoked paprika to taste
Tortilla chips
Directions
- Add olive oil to a medium fry pan
- Add pinto beans
- Add red onion and minced garlic
- Sauté until onions are translucent approximate 5 minutes
- Drizzle with wine vinegar
- Add in spices
- Cook a few more minutes until all flavors are blended
- Pour bean mixture into a food processor or blender
- Pulse until smooth
- Serve with tortilla chips
