Store bought pie crust
Shredded corned beef
1 egg beaten
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Roll out pie crust so that it is thin.
- Layer swiss cheese in the middle of the pie crust leaving a space around the edges.
- Add drained cabbage.
- Add corned beef.
- Fold edges of pie crust over to make a flat pie.
- Brush with egg wash over the entire pie crust.
- Cook for 35 to 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
