Corned Beef and Cabbage Galette

Corned beef and cabbage. Simple, yet one of my favorites! I wait every year for St. Patrick's Day to come so I can whip out the crockpot and make glorious corned beef. And the cabbage—yum! This recipe takes all the fun flavors from the classic Irish dish and folds it into a flat pie. With some creamy swiss cheese. If you like corned beef and cabbage or are looking for a fun and easy recipe to celebrate St. Patty's, this is for you!


Store bought pie crust

Swiss Cheese

Cabbage (drained)

Shredded corned beef

1 egg beaten


  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Roll out pie crust so that it is thin.
  3. Layer swiss cheese in the middle of the pie crust leaving a space around the edges.
  4. Add drained cabbage.
  5. Add corned beef.
  6. Fold edges of pie crust over to make a flat pie.
  7. Brush with egg wash over the entire pie crust.
  8. Cook for 35 to 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
