A simple and delicious no-bake dessert recipe. I love chocolate mousse and this chocolate mousse icebox cake is no exception. The easy, no-bake recipe, makes it perfect to whip up quickly. Dress it up or add additional flavors such as nuts, chocolate or peanut butter chips and more! Ingredients

5 cups heavy whipping cream

2 boxes instant chocolate pudding mix

1 sleeve chocolate wafer cookies

Chocolate sprinkles

Directions

  1. Pour heavy whipping cream into large bowl
  2. Add instant chocolate pudding mix
  3. Whip until firm
  4. Put wafer cookies into plastic bag
  5. Crush cookies
  6. Add approximately 1/3 of your mousse into a 9-inch springform pan.
  7. Smooth into layer
  8. Add layer of chocolate wafer cookies being careful to cover the entire mixture.
  9. Repeat layering process until all your mousse is done.
  10. Lightly sprinkle the top layer with cookie mix and chocolate sprinkles.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Overnight if possible.
