Ingredients
Turkey Breast
Olive Oil
Garlic Paste
Mixed spices – garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, herbes de provence
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cups garlic cloves whole
1 cup dry white wine
- Preheat oven to 325
- Prepare marinade rub:
- Mix together olive oil, garlic paste, spices, lemon juice
- Coat the entire turkey with paste
- Layer the bottom of the roasting pan with garlic cloves
- Add white wine to roasting pan
- Place turkey on top of garlic cloves
- Cook at 325 degrees for 1½ to 2 hours depending on turkey weight. Turkey is done when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
