Garlic Turkey Breast

A quick and easy turkey breast recipe in your oven or slow cooker. This turkey breast recipe is super easy but delicious. It has a wonderful garlic flavor (you use cloves as the rack!) and takes just about an hour and a half to two hours in your oven. Ingredients

Turkey Breast

Olive Oil

Garlic Paste

Mixed spices – garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, herbes de provence

Juice of 1 lemon

2 cups garlic cloves whole

1 cup dry white wine

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Prepare marinade rub:
  3. Mix together olive oil, garlic paste, spices, lemon juice
  4. Coat the entire turkey with paste
  5. Layer the bottom of the roasting pan with garlic cloves
  6. Add white wine to roasting pan
  7. Place turkey on top of garlic cloves
  8. Cook at 325 degrees for 1½ to 2 hours depending on turkey weight.  Turkey is done when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
