Just because your grilling doesn’t mean you can’t cook something low and slow! This slow-cooked barbacoa or slow-cooked beef recipe is simple and delicious and is perfect to use for one of my favorites, tacos! I love the barbacoa at chipotle but love to make it at home even more! I have another video that shows you how to cook something similar in your oven, but you can always adjust this recipe also. Ingredients
1 cup of a red chili sauce
1/4 of a beer
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbps paprika
1 tsp clove
2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp of garlic paste
2 top sirloin cut steaks
1. Mix ingredients in a bowl
2. Add meat and cover with ingredients mix to marinate for about an hour
3. Heat grill to medium-high heat
4. Put meat and marinade into a tin foil packet
5. Turn off burners on one side of the grill and lower the other side to medium heat, to provide indirect heat
6. Place meat packet oppose side of burners
7. Barbacoa is done when it can shred easily after about 2 1/2 hours
