I love Harry Potter. I’ll admit it. I own more Gryffindor themed clothing items than any thirty-plus-year-old should. (Hey, I am a true Gryffindor and proud of it). That’s why I LOVE this Harry Potter inspired Pumpkin Pasties recipe. Whether you are a HP fan or not, this pumpkin treat is an awesome hand-sized snack. A pastie is similar to a meat pie and pretty popular in England. Sticking with tradition, my pumpkin pastie recipe isn’t too sweet and has a great savory / sweet taste to it. To keep things simple, I use a store-bought pie crust, but feel free to make your own! Whether you like Harry Potter or don’t, this Pumpkin Pastie is the perfect fall treat! It has the pumpkin flavor that we all love and crave in fall. If you like pumpkin, you’ll love these pasties!
