Easy Tapenade Recipe

A simple tapenade recipe for the holidays or everyday occasions like brunch! This tapenade recipe skips the anchovies and capers (but of course you can add them if you’d like) to make a simple and delicious spread. All you need is an olive mix (all different colors if you can), garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and a secret ingredient that I love adding to my tapenade that really balances out the saltiness of the olives. If you are looking for an easy spread to put on your table, but one that looks a little fancy-fancy, then this is your recipe!

2 cups pitted mixed olives
1 tsp / 2 cloves of minced garlic
Peppadew Peppers
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 tbsp of olive oil
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor
2. Use pulse setting for 1-2 minutes to create thick chunky paste mix
