This sloppy joe recipe includes a homemade sloppy joe sauce made with ketchup, mustard, hot dog onions, relish, Worcestershire and a few other ingredients. I call it the ‘Clean Up Sloppy Joe’ because you can literally use leftovers from your barbecue, or the bottom of the bottles of common condiments to make a delicious sloppy joe recipe. It may sound weird, but I promise, it’s the best sloppy joe you’ll ever have!
Ingredients
1 pound of ground beef
1/2 of a beer
1 cup Ketchup
1 cup Mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of hotdog onions
2 tbsp of hotdog relish
paprika
garlic powder
onion powder
- Cook on high to brown beef with beer in pot
- Set to low, combine all other ingredients
- Stir and cook on low for 1/2 hour
