Ingredients:
2 tbsp melted butter
4 large baking potatoes
1 tsp garlic paste or stir in garlic
salt and pepper to taste
chives to garnish
small slices of cheddar cheese (suggest Cracker Barrel cracker cuts)
- Mix melted butter with garlic, salt and pepper
- Slice potatoes, almost through, but leaving the bottom intact
- Place on foil and brush liberally with melted butter then tent foil over potato
- Grill on medium to high heat for 30-35 minutes depending on size of potatoes
- Open tented foil and place cheese between each slice
- Reclose and grill an additional 5 minutes
- Remove and garnish with chives
- Enjoy!
