Crunchy Waldorf Salad Recipe


1 cup of red (seedless) grapes

1 cup of walnuts

1 cup of diced celery

1 cup of diced granny smith apple

1 cup of mayo or Greek yogurt

Juice of 1 lemon

Cracked black pepper

Cracked sea salt

Green onions or chives

Lettuce of choice for serving

  1. Mix all ingredients together and serve over a bed of Bibb, Butter or Arugula lettuce
