1 8-ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup powder sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
1 store-bought graham cracker pie crust (or make your own!)
- Bake graham cracker crust for 5 minutes at 350 degrees
- Mix together cream cheese, ricotta, sugar, and vanilla and beat together until smooth
- Add chocolate chips and blend evenly into the mixture
- Smooth mixture into pie crust
- Refrigerate for 3 hours minimum or overnight
- Top with smashed cannoli shells and serve!
