Crispy Roasted Chickpea Snack Recipe

 

1 can of chickpeas, rinsed

drizzle of olive oil

Paprika, Cumin, Chili Powder, Onion Powder and Garlic to taste

 

  1. Rinse chickpeas and spread out on greased cookie sheet in a single layer
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes until crunchy
  3. Add chickpeas to a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil and add spices
