One Pot Steak Dinner Recipe

Cook a healthy and yummy steak dinner for two in one pot stove top! The worst part about cooking - the dishes! Use only one pot with this steak recipe and cook a delicious meal. In this video, I use asparagus, onion and mushrooms but choose whatever veggies you want to add to your steak. If you like one pot recipes, then you will love this one pot steak dinner!

 

Ingredients
  • Thick Cut Strip Steaks
  • Butter
  • Parsley
  • Garlic clove
  • Mushroom medley
  • Sherry cooking wine
  • Vegetables: Asparagus, Onion, Mushrooms
  1. Start by making a seasoned butter by adding 2- 3 tbsp of butter add parsley, minced garlic, and stir.
  2. Add seasoned butter to hot pan
  3. Add steaks to pan cook about 3 minutes on each side, if steak is thinner cook for less time. Make sure to get browning right!
  4. Add a splash of sherry
  5. add vegetables: asparagus (takes longest), onion and mushrooms.
  6. Add rest of butter over veggies
  7. Let cook down for about 4 minutes
  8. Stir veggies on the side.
  9. Flip steaks once more.
