Ingredients
1 loaf day-old bread (baguette)
drizzle of olive oil
pinch of parsley
pinch of oregano
pinch of onion powder
pinch of garlic powder
Salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Roughly chop up bread to square size pieces and add to mixing bowl
- Drizzle olive oil over the top of bread, toss and repeat
- Add pepper, salt, parsley, oregano, onion and garlic powder
- Lay out on a tray and bake for approximately homemade croutons
