Crock Pot Tomato Soup Recipe


78 ounces or so of diced tomatoes
1 pint container veggie broth
1 cup almond milk or heavy cream
1 cup shredded or shaved carrot
1 large yellow onion
3-4 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
Pinch Oregano
Pinch Thyme
Pinch Parsley
Pinch Garlic Powder
Pinch Pepper

  1. Add all ingredients to your crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours
  2. Remove lid for last hour or so of cooking
  3. Blend soup with immersion blender or in a traditional blender
