Spicy Pumpkin Seeds Recipe


1-2 tbsp olive oil
dash of worcestershire sauce
favorite hot sauce to taste
salt and pepper to taste
dash of garlic powder
dash of onion powder
dash of paprika
dash of chili powder

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees
  2. Rinse pumpkin seeds then toss in olive oil, Worcestershire and hot sauce
  3. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and chili powder
  4. Mix well and layout seeds on tray
  5. Cook for 45 -50 minutes
