Ingredients
1 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1/2 cup soup cream
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
garlic powder to taste
pinch of parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick of butter melted
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup smashed Ritz crackers
5 diced jalapenos (or sub small can diced chilis)
- Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar and spices in a large mixing bowl
- Mix with mixer until smooth
- Mix together butter, parm cheese and crackers in a separate bowl
- Add jalapenos to dip and mix
- Spread out cheese mixture into a pie plate
- Sprinkle ritz topping over top of dip
- Cook for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven
