Slow Cooker Spinach Dip Recipe

 

Ingredients:

2 – 8 ounce packages of cream cheese
1 package frozen spinach, defrosted
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2-4 cloves of garlic minced
1 jar artichoke hearts drained
salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cube cream cheese and add to slow cooker
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir
  3. Allow to cook for two hours on low, stirring once per hour
  4. Enjoy!
