Ingredients:
2 – 8 ounce packages of cream cheese
1 package frozen spinach, defrosted
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2-4 cloves of garlic minced
1 jar artichoke hearts drained
salt and pepper to taste
- Cube cream cheese and add to slow cooker
- Add remaining ingredients and stir
- Allow to cook for two hours on low, stirring once per hour
- Enjoy!
