Garlic Parmesan Wings Recipe | Crispy Oven-Baked Wings

 

Ingredients:
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp olive oil
granulated garlic to taste
pepper to taste

1 stick of butter melted
3/4 cups parmesan cheese
1 heaping tbsp of minced garlic
parsley, oregano, onion powder and garlic powder to taste
drizzle of champagne vinegar, sherry wine, or white cooking wine

  1. Mix together salt and baking powder
  2. Drizzle wings with olive oil and salt and baking powder mixture
  3. Add pepper and granulated garlic and toss before laying out on a rack over a tray
  4. Cook in a 300 degree oven for 30 minutes
  5. Mix together 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of garlic and brush onto wings
  6. Cook in a 400 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes
  7. In a clean bowl, add melted butter, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, remaining spices and vinegar and mix well
  8. Toss wings in sauce, saving some to drizzle over top, cook for 10 more minutes at 400 degrees
  9. Serve with caesar dressing and enjoy!
