Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cherry Tomato Recipe | Tomato Recipe



Sliced tomatoes (cherry or any of your choosing)
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic to taste
Sprinkle of oregano
1/4 cup (approximately) of shredded parmesan cheese


  1. Slice tomatoes to similar sizes
  2. Layout over oven-safe parchment paper on a cookie sheet
  3. Add salt, pepper, garlic and oregano evenly over tomatoes
  4. Spread cheese over tomatoes
  5. Cook in a 250-degree oven for 20-30 minutes depending on tomatoes
  6. Tomatoes are done when tomatoes soften and cheese is melted
