Ingredients
Sliced tomatoes (cherry or any of your choosing)
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic to taste
Sprinkle of oregano
1/4 cup (approximately) of shredded parmesan cheese
- Slice tomatoes to similar sizes
- Layout over oven-safe parchment paper on a cookie sheet
- Add salt, pepper, garlic and oregano evenly over tomatoes
- Spread cheese over tomatoes
- Cook in a 250-degree oven for 20-30 minutes depending on tomatoes
- Tomatoes are done when tomatoes soften and cheese is melted
