Steak Dinner on a Stick | Steak Kabob Recipe

 

Marinade:
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mesquite Seasoning to taste
Skewer Ingredients:
Sirloin or Strip Steak cubed
Baby potatoes sliced thin
1 small red onion quartered
Brussel sprouts halved
Portabello Mushroom Caps rinsed
1. Prepare marinade and cube steak to 1/2 inch – 1 inch pieces
2. Marinate the steak in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight (4 hours minimum)
3. Soak wooden skewers as you prepare potatoes, onion, brussels sprouts and mushrooms
4. Assemble skewers by adding ingredients in a preferred pattern onto the skewer
5. Place skewers on a medium-high grill and cook until veggies are soft and steak is cooked, rotating every two minutes (about 8-12 minutes total)
