Ingredients:
15 – 20 shishito peppers
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper
Juice of 1 whole lemon
- Season shishito peppers in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper and juice from ½ of a lemon
- Wrap in tinfoil leaving a little opening in the top for steam to release to prepare for grilling or cooking in oven
- Cook on grill or oven at 450 degrees for 7 to 12 minutes.
- Before plating squeeze other half of lemon over peppers
- Plate and enjoy!
