Blistered Shishito Peppers Recipe | Grilled or in the Oven



15 – 20 shishito peppers

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 tsp of salt

1 tsp of pepper

Juice of 1 whole lemon


  • Season shishito peppers in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper and juice from ½ of a lemon
  • Wrap in tinfoil leaving a little opening in the top for steam to release to prepare for grilling or cooking in oven
  • Cook on grill or oven at 450 degrees for 7 to 12 minutes.
  • Before plating squeeze other half of lemon over peppers
  • Plate and enjoy!
