Cucumber Salad Recipe

4 mini, seedless cucumbers (regular if you can’t find) sliced thin
sea salt and black pepper to taste
2 shallots sliced thin
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 lemon squeezed
1/4 tbsp garlic paste
sprinkle of dill

  1. Slice cucumbers thin and add to mixing bowl
  2. Season with salt and pepper then add shallot
  3. In a separate bowl add together vinegar, lemon juice, garlic paste and dill
  4. Pour dressing over cucumbers and mix well
  5. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 1 hour minimum
  6. Enjoy!
