Full Tray of Mini Reuben Sanwiches

 

Ingredients

Rye Bread (sliced in half)
Thick slicked Corned Beef
Russian or Thousand Island Dressing
Hamburger Dill Pickles
sauerkraut
Swiss Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Layout halves of bread on a cookie sheet covered with paper
  3. Spread a thin layer of Russian or Thousand Island dressing on each slice of rye bread
  4. Drain sauerkraut 
  5. Layer pickles, then corned beef,sauerkraut then swiss cheese on each piece of bread
  6. Cook in the oven for about 15 minutes until cheese is melted
  7. Garnish with two pickles on top
  8. Serve and enjoy!
