Ingredients
Rye Bread (sliced in half)
Thick slicked Corned Beef
Russian or Thousand Island Dressing
Hamburger Dill Pickles
sauerkraut
Swiss Cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Layout halves of bread on a cookie sheet covered with paper
- Spread a thin layer of Russian or Thousand Island dressing on each slice of rye bread
- Drain sauerkraut
- Layer pickles, then corned beef,sauerkraut then swiss cheese on each piece of bread
- Cook in the oven for about 15 minutes until cheese is melted
- Garnish with two pickles on top
- Serve and enjoy!
