Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 3/4 cups brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 and 1/2 stick butter
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 dash of pumpkin spice sugar or seasoning (optional)
Filling Ingredients:
1 – 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
2 tbsp of sugar
sprinkle of ground cinnamon
sprinkle of nutmeg
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix together brownie ingredients in a large mixing bowl
- In a separate bowl beat together filling ingredients
- Lay out brownie batter into a lightly greased brownie pan
- Drop 4-5 large spoonfuls of filling into the batter and swirl throughout
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
