Ingredients:
12 hard taco shells
1 package of ground beef
1 small yellow onion chopped
1 small can diced green chiles
1 packet of taco seasoning or my homemade recipe
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Brown your ground beef stove top and add onion, chiles and taco seasoning
- Lay out shells in a pyrex dish and fill each shell with 2 heaping tablespoons of taco meat pressing it into the shell
- Cover with shredded taco cheese
- Cook in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes
- Enjoy!
