Ingredients:
1 package frozen tater tots
package lean ground beef
1/2 cup diced white onion
2 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp relish
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
pickle chips to garnish
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Lightly grease your muffin tin and lay 4-5 tater tots in each muffin cup
- Cook in oven for 8-10 minutes
- Brown your ground beef stove top and add onion
- Drain excess liquid once meat is completely cooked
- Stir in mayo, ketchup and relish
- Mix together special sauce ingredients. Instructions here
- Add sauce to a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator
- When tots are done in the oven, smash the tots into a cup shaped base
- Add layer of cheese to bottom of tater cups
- Add meat layer pushing it down into the cup
- Top with additional sprinkle of cheese
- Cook for an additional 10-12 minutes at 425 degrees
- Plate the cups and top with special sauce and sliced pickles
