Mini Corn Dogs Recipe Made With Pancake Batter


2 cups of pancake batter 
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 package small cocktail hot dog / weenie
2 cups of vegetable oil


  1. Heat oil to 350 degrees stove top
  2. Start with 2 cups of pancake batter in a bowl
  3. Add cornmeal to batter and whisk together
  4. Drop in mini hot dogs and coat in batter
  5. Drop coated hot dogs in oil and allow dogs to cook until golden brown and they float to the top (About 4-6 minutes)
  6. Put dogs down on paper towel to absorb excess oil
  7. Serve and enjoy!
