Ingredients
1-2 large zucchinis sliced as thin as possible into chips size
2 tbsp malt vinegar
salt to taste
- Slice zucchini and lay out on a try and press extra liquid out with paper towel
- Add zucchini to a mixing bowl and mix together zucchini, salt and vinegar to taste
- Lay out chips on a rack lightly sprayed with cooking spray over a cookie sheet
- Cook at 225 degrees for about 2 hours
- Allow to cook longer for crispier chips
- Enjoy!
