Salt and Vinegar Zucchini Chips Recipe


1-2 large zucchinis sliced as thin as possible into chips size
2 tbsp malt vinegar
salt to taste

  1. Slice zucchini and lay out on a try and press extra liquid out with paper towel
  2. Add zucchini to a mixing bowl and mix together zucchini, salt and vinegar to taste
  3. Lay out chips on a rack lightly sprayed with cooking spray over a cookie sheet
  4. Cook at 225 degrees for about 2 hours
  5. Allow to cook longer for crispier chips
  6. Enjoy!
