Homemade Pancakes Recipe – No Mix!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 – 1 3/4 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
1 1/2 cup almond milk, butter milk or regular milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp vegetable oil
dash of vanilla

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  2. Continue to mix until batter runs smooth
  3. Pour batter out in desired shape on a hot skillet lightly sprayed with cooking spray
  4. When top of batter bubbles flip to the other side
  5. Remove from heat when cooked through and golden brown
  6. Enjoy!
