Marinade Ingredients:
1 tbsp of molasses
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder to taste (about 1/4 of tsp each)
juice from 1 lime
Other Ingredients:
1 lb of shrimp
2-3 cups of pineapple chunks
1 red onion chopped into large pieces

- Soak skewers for 10-15 minutes to avoid skewers from burning
- Mix together the ingredients for the marinade and move to the side
- Begin assembling skewers by adding shrimp, pineapple and onion in a repetitive order (approximately 3-4 shrimps, 2-3 chunks of pineapple and 3-4 pieces of onions per skewer)
- Pour marinade over the skewers making sure each one is covered
- Allow to site in the fridge until read to grill (at least 10-15 minutes)
- When ready to cook, lay out kabobs on a medium to high grill until shrimp is completely cooked through. You will know when the shrimp is pink all the way through. Cook time about 15 minutes.
