Cucumber Dip Recipe – Benedictine Cucumber Dip Recipe

 

Ingredients:
1 large cucumber peeled and grated (1 cup)
8 ounces of cream cheese
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
parsley, salt and pepper to taste
chives for garnish

  1. Peel your cucumber and grate with a cheese grater
  2. Press cucumber with a paper towel
  3. Mix cucumber, cream cheese and greek yogurt in a bowl
  4. Add parsley, salt and pepper and chives
  5. Stir well until evenly blended
  6. Serve with veggies, chips or crackers
