Ingredients:
1 piece of corn for each person
1 tbsp of butter per piece of corn
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of parsley
Tin foil
- Break up tbsp of butter into thirds, add two thirds of the butter on the tinfoil
- Place corn on top of butter and add last of butter to the top
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley
- Roll up corn into tin foil
- Place corn on medium to medium hot grill and cook
- Move corn to top rack of grill half way through cooking
- Cook for 20-40 minutes depending on temperature and placement on grill
- Corn is done when kernels are soft
