Ingredients:
1 bushel of Asparagus
drizzle of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
juice from one lemon
- Wash and chop off the bottoms of the asparagus
- Drizzle olive oil over top and add salt and pepper
- Squeeze lemon juice over asparagus
- Shake up asparagus and allow to sit for 10 minutes
- Lay out asparagus horizontally on grill
- Roll asparagus through out cooking
- Cook on the grill for 10-15 minutes on medium to high heat (cook time may vary depending on your grill)
- Enjoy!
