Ingredients:
2 small logs of Vermont Creamery Goat Cheese or 1 large one
2 heaping tbsps of greek yogurt
Juice from 1 lemon and lemon zest
2 tbsps of honey
- Break up cheese and add plain greek yogurt
- Add lemon juice, honey and lemon zest
- Add honey and blend together well
- Garnish with lemon zest and serve!
