Honey Goat Cheese Dip Recipe

 

Ingredients:
2 small logs of Vermont Creamery Goat Cheese or 1 large one
2 heaping tbsps of greek yogurt
Juice from 1 lemon and lemon zest
2 tbsps of honey

  1. Break up cheese and add plain greek yogurt
  2. Add lemon juice, honey and lemon zest
  3. Add honey and blend together well
  4. Garnish with lemon zest and serve!
