Shrimp Taco Recipe With Cilantro Cole Slaw

 

Shrimp Taco Ingredients:
1/2 lb raw shrimp peeled and deveined
1/4 tbsp of cumin, garlic, onion powder, paprika and chipotle seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
4-6 soft taco shells

Cilantro Slaw Ingredients:
1 small red cabbage shredded
2 tbsp mayo
1/4 cup of diced jalapeno peppers
1 heaping tbsp of diced white onion
salt and pepper
2 tbsp cilantro paste
1 tbsp lime juice

  1. Add olive oil to pan and heat on medium heat
  2. Toss shrimp in spice mixture of cumin, garlic, onion powder, paprika salt and pepper and chipotle seasoning before adding to the pan
  3. The shrimp is cooked when it is pink on all side.
  4. Mix together all ingredients for the cilantro slaw in a separate mixing bowl
  5. Place slaw on top of taco shells and shrimp on top
  6. Enjoy!
